The Silvervine Estate is, as the name suggests, home to The Silvervines. The estate takes up most of Atteberry Island, just off the west coast of Gentleman's Bluff. Like the rest of the island, the grounds of the estate are largely wooded, being covered mainly in oaks and pines. The main residence of the estate is a large, rambling house built in Neo-Gothic style, featuring elaborate vertical framing, highly decorated corner gables, crenelations, tall spires, and leering gargoyles. Positioned along an intersection of leylines, the island has strong magical aspects and a high degree of mystic liminality. This has led to the island having a strong fae resonance, as well as making it an effective entry point into the Ways.
