A mutant who had spent most of his time hiding out and stifling his abilities, Demyan always keept out of the way of those that might seek to use him or abuse him, that is until the death of his lover at the hands of a supervillain, which led to him becoming a vigilante who walks the lines of good and evil. Though he works mostly against criminals, he does things that could put him on the wrong side of the law, as well.
Background
Demyan Kolesnikov grew up with a somewhat estranged home life and, as sometimes happens with such young men, he decided to join the military. Then, he discovered his mutant power to cover his body in a steel skin while in the middle of military service. This alerted the government and he went into hiding, fearing that he might be pressed into service as a living weapon. That did not happen, though, and eventually he settled down with his first lover, who he ran a bar with until a supervillain on a rampage tore through the bar and killed Demyan's lover, and it set Kolesnikov on a path for revenge. From there it has been a series of conflicts with that villain and his associates, Demyan ruthlessly fighting back against those enemies and seeking to take back the streets. Of course, those villains have associates, too, and over time his fight has broadened to include a wider variety of criminals in the city.

Demyan is an expert in the various dirty tactics and downright thuggery of brawling, including crude maneuvers such as eye gouging, kidney punching, etcetera.

Demyan is able to do most field dressings and to provide medical care that requires only the basic knowledge of treating a wound.
Intimidation - Competent Level
Demyan is proficient in the ability to use physical presence, mannerisms, or brute force to shake down or intimidate others.
Melee - Competent Level
Demyan is skilled in the use of bats, pipes, and other blunt weapons in combat.
Mixology - Competent Level
Demyan has the ability to mix up a variety of drinks for enjoyment at a professional level.
Wrestling - Expert Level
Demyan uses both greco and other styles of grappling in both athletic and combat situations.

Power: Iron Skin - Enhanced+ Level
Demyan can cover his whole body in a metallic skin, making him nearly impervious to most normal physical damage, also greatly enhancing his strength and stamina. Though, if incapacitated, he reverts back to his normal human state.
Power: Stamina - Enhanced Level
Demyan's stamina is greatly enhanced, allowing him to be able to go much further than other people in stressful situations, resist damage to his body, and maintain high energy levels. This is greatly enhanced when under the condition of his iron skin ability, taking him up to the Enhanced+ level.
Power: Strength - Enhanced Level
Strength that greatly goes beyond that of a human, able to lift over 100 tons of weight easily. This is greatly enhanced when under the condition of his iron skin ability, taking him up to the Enhanced+ level.

Reputation
Having a fearsome reputation among criminals of being dangerously violent, most petty crooks tend to keep away from Demyan for the most part.
Safe Houses
Lying low has allowed Demyan to establish a series of safe locations in the city for him to crash out in. They may not be the best furnished, but they're usually secure and difficult to find.
Underground Contacts
Demyan has made a variety of friends in the Twin Cities of Gotham and Metropolis from his time stalking criminals and taking on odd jobs, most of which are attached to criminal organizations in some way, allowing him to search out information easily.
WEAKNESSES
Anger Management
Demyan's known for having a loose cannon temper, and it presents itself when having to deal with people he dislikes or hunting down criminals he thinks should pay. It can simply be geared towards others too when under stress or in emotional situations.
Vengeful
Demyan can go overboard, driven by his anger and need to punish those that have wronged him, he may injure a person more than he intended, and what should be a quick engagement can turn into a chaotic clash, etcetera.
