There is no such thing as "Heaven" in the singular sense of the term. In reality, "Heaven" is more of a concept than a singular place. Various otherworldly "paradise dimensions" exist, often associated with a particular divine being or pantheon. These are often occupied by messengers known as [[Angels]] who are fairly benevolent in their attitudes toward human beings. These dimensions may be places where souls are sheltered in afterlife experiences; some of these may have a very Abrahamic, "God the Father" figure, while others follow the manner of, say, [[Tír na nÓg]]. In the end, each pantheon has its own way of doing things, and each "Heaven" tends to reflect the divinity it is associated with. <br />
